I’ve had a centurion card since 06. First off; the dedicated concierges are gone: it’s now “ a team approach”. Second, they’ve never been able to acquire for me anything above what a normal Google search would do. Thirdly, forget about getting a last minute reservation at a world renowned restaurant last minute: they cannot do it and I’ve tried repeatedly. You are far better off tipping the maitre di a couple of C notes to get a table. I am not joking. In addition the 50% travel points bonus is on the business card not the personal card which is only 20%. Lately some dim wit at the company released some wedding planner like booklet asking if you want to have your card changed to have some artistic expression on it and offered some lame events they think we would be interested in. Seriously ??? We want the card for service and access not gimmicks. Do your research : I keep the card for travel and hotel perks. Everything else is exaggeration and marketing.

100% agree with Joe Blow. Card is a joke now. All hype and no delivery. The only thing that made the card worthwhile was your relationship manager that now is unfortunately gone and replaced with a stupid “ pod” approach and you’re better off booking online yourself or paying the matre di for a table. Reservation errors are commonplace. I can’t even reach my POD anymore anyways and 90% of what I call and ask for is carried out by the FHR people. Centurion is so out of touch with their core clientele: No body gives a shit about bracelets, card art work , actor visits and stupid lifestyle programs that we can simply buy our selves if we want etc.. They cannot book difficult restaurant tables, they cannot do anything more than what you can do on Resy or open table etc. you are far better off spending your money at “ the London bespoke service” then anything AMEX does. I dont know why I keep the card anymore. No joke 100% sincere.
